The day started with a welcome by two of the initiators of the network, Josephine Hartung and Laura Voges. Afterwards, they went on a guided tour of the plant.
Back in the meeting room, Matthias Vogt welcomed the group on behalf of the Holding management. Afterwards, a keynote speech by Nina Rengers, Group Director Procurement, was on the agenda. The topic "Career path, challenges and learnings" gave the participants a lot of impulses and encouraged an intensive exchange.
After a short break, the programme continued with presentation training. Josephine Hartung and Laura Voges gave practical tips and tricks for presentations. In the subsequent practical exercise, the participants were able to apply what they had learned directly and even have themselves recorded on video.
The event concluded with an open exchange on the topic of mentoring over a shared lunch snack. The participants came together in small groups and collected ideas, which were then compiled on the whiteboard.
The participants took away many impulses and new knowledge from the network meeting. In addition, they were able to make numerous new contacts and deepen existing ones. The exchange worked excellently and provided great added value for everyone. The next meeting will take place digitally in December.
