Stobicoll® F 444

A high-strength elastomer with fast curing and rapid demolding. Hardness: 67 – 73 Shore A.

Stobicoll® F 416

Two-component thixotropic polyurethane used as a casting material for preassembly suitable for all frame filters including HVAC, HEPA / ULPA, GT, and pleat.

Stobicoll® F 446

Semi-rigid versatile solution for sealing and bonding filter frames, including V filters, HEPA, and Deep Pleat/Mini Pleat designs. Its extremely low viscosity enables easy frame assembly and injection while adhering to plastic, metal, and wood. It can also be made thixotropic, starting with low viscosity and transforming within seconds into a non-sag paste consistency. With a gel time ranging from seconds to 45 minutes, it supports both automated and manual mixing processes. Hardness: 80 – 90 Shore A.

Stobicoll® F 468

Rigid casting polyurethane that is a proven sealing and bonding solution commonly used as an end cap adhesive for dust and gas turbine filter cartridges, and it can also function as a cast end cap system. Available with chemical thixotropy for rapid processing, it offers customizable gelation times ranging from seconds to 30 minutes to meet specific production requirements. Featuring low shrinkage and controlled curing, it minimizes internal stress for enhanced durability and long-term performance, with a hardness range of 74–82 Shore D.

Stobicoll® F 482

Two-component rigid polyurethane foam used as a casting material suitable for oil, hydraulic, and fuel filters.

Stobicoll® F 487

Two-component soft polyurethane foam used as a casting material suitable for panel air filters including automotive, air, cabin, and vacuum.

Stobicoll® F 1401

With gel times of up to 15 minutes, this material allows for convenient hand mixing. The mix-to-hardness ratio is easily adjustable. Hardness 75 – 80 Shore A.

Stobicoll® F 1402

Typically used as casting materials, end cap adhesives, end cap bonding, and cartridge assemblies. With gel times of up to 15 minutes, this material allows for easy hand mixing. The mix-to hardness ratio is highly adjustable. Hardness: 88 – 95 Shore A.

Stobicoll® F 1405

A high-impact, hydraulic oil-resistant material, commonly used for casting and molding end caps. It offers excellent chemical and temperature resistance, ensuring durability in demanding applications. Hardness: 77 – 83 Shore D.

Stobicoll® F 1407

A high-performance, cost-effective, self-skimming foaming elastomer designed for use in both sealed and free-rise molds. It creates durable molded gaskets, end caps, and edge seals with excellent compression set retention across a wide temperature range. Commonly used in vehicle air intake and cabin filters. Hardness: 55 - 80 OO.

Stobicoll® F 1410

A low-permeability, elastomeric self-skimming foam system with excellent physical properties, designed to maintain compression set stability over time and across temperature variations. This industry standard material can be molded and customized to various hardness levels on both the A and OO hardness scales. It is widely used in heavy-duty applications, including intake filters for trucks and industrial equipment. Hardness: 25 - 40 A.

Stobicoll® F 1412

Designed for fully automated filter manufacturing, this cost-effective semi-rigid foaming system features an excellent self-skimming solid surface and exceptional adhesion. It enables significant cost savings and rapid production, making it ideal for high-volume filter manufacturing. Commonly used for bonding plastic and metal end caps. Hardness: 90 – 95 Shore A.

Stobicoll® F 1413

A fast-curing, high-strength elastomer with a rapid demold time. Hardness: 65 – 70 Shore A.

Stobicoll® F 1415

Specifically designed for liquid filtration, this material serves as both an end cap adhesive and a cast end cap. It offers outstanding stability against hydraulic oils and fuels, along with excellent temperature and hardness retention. Hardness: 80 – 86 Shore D.

Stobicoll® F 1416.14

Self-healing, blue-transparent two-component polyurethane gel for use as a sealing material in cleanroom air filters. Available with a short pot life, it enables efficient processing.
