The CASE team duly inaugurated the new application laboratory with an exclusive customer training session. Together with a supplier, the team trained a customer on various products and applications.
The new application lab is located in the "House of Innovation" at the Bielefeld site. The development laboratory and the sample department are also located here. The proximity to this enables a spontaneous reaction to customer requests during the training sessions. An adjacent training room provides the facilities for presentations and the theoretical part of product training.
The day was a complete success for the STOCKMEIER team, the supplier and the customer. Further trainings of this kind are already planned with various partners and will take place in the coming months.
