Fast, entertaining, intensive and in a great atmosphere - that is the concept of the innovative training fair AZUBISPOT. Selected cinemas, such as the Cineplex in Fürth on May 5, 2022, open their doors exclusively for exhibitors and visitors to the fair on the days of the event. The event has it in itself: the deliberately small framework with only about 20 exhibitors enables companies and visitors alike to hold intensive and, above all, qualified discussions.
A total of seven apprenticeships are offered by STAUB & CO. - SILBERMANN offers a total of seven apprenticeships, three of them at its headquarters in Nuremberg. In two presentations of about 15 minutes in one of the movie theaters, the company presented itself and its apprenticeships. The interest of the visitors was great: After the presentation, many interested people gathered at the booth in the foyer to talk directly with trainers and trainees of STAUB & CO. - SILBERMANN.
The AZUBISPOT was very well received by STAUB & CO. - SILBERMANN and the visitors very well. "The concept attracts many school leavers who are specifically looking for a training position. The setting is manageable. This gives visitors the opportunity to prepare themselves and obtain specific information from relevant companies. We really had a lot of good discussions," says Verena Wiesner, personnel officer and trainer at STAUB & CO. - SILBERMANN.
For the coming training year, STAUB & CO. - SILBERMANN location in Nuremberg still has training positions available. "We are confident that we will be able to fill the remaining open training positions shortly. However, it is worth applying in any case!", says Verena Wiesner.
