Supplier Code of Conduct

For sustainable supply

STAUB & CO. – SILBERMANN GmbH as part of the STOCKMEIER Group is commited to acting according to our four company values in all our business activities, when dealing with customers, suppliers and competitors, and when interacting with employees and the general public. We strive for a long-term and sustainable cooperation with our partners.
We have defined the key characteristics that our suppliers must demonstrate in order to support sustainable procurement. We have documented these as basic principles in the "Supplier Code of Conduct". The Supplier Code of Conduct was developed to ensure that our suppliers enforce safe working conditions, that their employees are treated with respect and dignity and that their manufacturing processes are environmentally responsible.

We are in contact with a wide variety of values throughout our working day. For this reason, it is important that we clarify our values and what we consider acceptable.
