PLANT BASED TRENDS
Vegan and vegetarian products used to be mostly flavoured in a meat direction. Taking a vegan or vegetarian product and giving it a different taste than normal is something we want to show here. Falafel are a widely known vegan food product. Normally they taste like chickpeas and some oriental spices like cumin. The falafel recipe is easy to make and our flavours give new sensations.
