The company will continue to produce and supply products for STOCKMEIER Urethanes until the end of 2018, after which the operation in that location will cease and move completely to STOCKMEIER’s site in Cernay, France. Currently, expansion investments are underway there to support the additional capacity requirements from this acquisition.
Founded in 1998, Uranie has been active mostly in captive markets for specialty rigid and flexible foam systems as well as compact compounds, distributing its products mainly in Western Europe and North Africa.
