With the new online presence, the company will position itself for the future in times of a shortage of skilled workers and tough competition for the best employees. Melanie Lindecke, responsible for Human Resources and Administration at STOCKMEIER Urethanes in Lemgo, Germany, makes it clear what matters: "We are an attractive company and want to present ourselves as authentically as possible. At the same time, the necessary information about the company as well as training and entry opportunities should be available in a bundled form. It is particularly important to make STOCKMEIER Urethanes accessible to the people in the region. In the future, young people will be increasingly approached via various social media and e-recruiting will increasingly be the focus of personal recruiting.

STOCKMEIER Urethanes GmbH & Co. KG, a specialist within the globally active STOCKMEIER Group, has been developing and producing polyurethane components for industrial and sports applications since 1991. Founded in Bielefeld, the company has been based in Lemgo since 2010. Over the years, further production sites have been added in France, the USA and Great Britain. The management currently consists of two representatives of the owner families, Peter Stockmeier and Christian Martinkat, as well as the managing directors Stefan Baumann and Jean-Marie Rohmer.
