We work exclusively on the basis of the STOCKMEIER Logistics Terms and Conditions as well as the STOCKMEIER Purchasing and Order Conditions, see https://www.stockmeier.com/en/legal/general-terms/ and/or if the Stockmeier Logistics Terms and Conditions & STOCKMEIER Purchasing and Order Conditions for the provision of logistics services do not apply and/or are applicable according to the General German Freight Forwarders' Terms and Conditions 2017 - ADSp 2017 - and if these do not apply to the provision of logistics services, according to the Logistics Terms and Conditions (as of March 2006).

Note: Section 23 of the ADSp 2017 deviates from the law with regard to the maximum liability amount for damage to goods (§ 431 HGB) in that it limits liability to 2 SDR/kg for multimodal transport, including sea transport, and to an additional 1.25 million euros per claim and 2.5 million euros per claim, but at least 2 SDR/kg, in the event of an unknown claim.
