In the development department of STOCKMEIER Food in Herford, more than 20,000 active flavours have been designed. All of these flavours have been tested in ready food before being sampled to our customers. The flavour program of STOCKMEIER Food offers food flavours for every imaginable application and industry.
During the project stage with our customers, formulation adjustments are mutually discussed and made, thus creating individual formulations for your individual needs.
Furthermore regular exchanges with our colleagues and partners abroad allow us to offer local flavours for many regions of the world.
In addition, the flavour development of STOCKMEIER Food also takes into account all the modern requirements of the food industry, such as vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, RSPO, VLOG, organic and Fami-QS. Modern analytics (GC-MS) supports our team of experienced flavorists and trainees in the flavour development.
Regular training of all employees and qualified sensor panels improve the quality of our development results.
