Gourmet worlds at STOCKMEIER food

STOCKMEIER Food in cooperation with Loryma and cologne based chef Hendrik Olfen hosted a gourmet evening after the FIE in Frankfurt. This event was centered around a eight-course meal, where every item was packed with ingredients and flavours of Loryma and STOCKMEIER. Here we want to showcase the eight-course menu.

As part of the FIE, we organized an event evening together with Loryma. The "Gourmet Worlds of Loryma and STOCKMEIER".
The focus of this evening was the vegan eight-course menu. This was developed together with a renowned chef from Cologne.

The dishes were developed with great sensitivity. Both STOCKMEIER and Loryma worked together with Hendrik Olfen on the structure, texture, taste and visual presentation to create a unique menu.

In this feed we want to showcase the eight vegan dishes.

Course 1: Hash browns with fried chicken mayo and fried chicken crumble
We started with a hash brown with flavored mayo. This was made particularly creamy and tasty by our poultry flavour 27757 and Lory Starch Amber. The crumble was intended to represent a crispy chicken skin. 

Course 2: Caesar Salad
The second course was a less classic Caesar salad. The dish could be eaten straight from the lettuce leaf. A highlight here was the Parmesan cream, refined with our flavor.

Course 3: Pulled beef burger with truffle mayo
The burger impressed with a light, fluffy brioche bun. The vegan pulled beef had plenty of umami and power. The dish was rounded off with red wine onions. This burger could also be tasted at our stand at the FIE!

Course 4: Katsu Sando
This Japanese dish had a low carb, high fiber and high protein breading made from a white bread developed by Loryma. Our asia chicken flavor turned the chicken into a taste explosion.

Course 5: Shiitake tortellini with beef consommé
A strong, vegan beef broth with our beef broth flavor together with tortellini with a shiitake filling. Our flavors can also be found in the shiitake filling!

Course 6: Sugar-free muesli bar
The dessert started with a sugar-free muesli bar, which was given a particularly tasty sweet note by our vanilla and caramel flavor. The highlight of this dish, however, was the salted lemon cream.

Course 7: Ice cream sandwich
This somewhat different ice cream sandwich consisted of a brioche bun flavored with matcha, a dessert powder with matcha powder and an almond milk ice cream. People who were at the FIE last year will remember our matcha flavor from our ice cream. It was such a hit that we wanted to showcase it again this year. 

Course 8: Carrot cake
A classic! Especially with our carrot cake flavor and the delicious pumpkin spice frosting.

We are already looking forward to more such evenings!
