More efficient filling of our beverage concentrates in Hungary.
Demand for our beverage concentrates for sports facilities has grown rapidly over the past five years.
In 2024, we produced over 1 million liters of these products. This year, we are on track to exceed this volume again.
Around 1700 packaging units leave our production facility in Hungary every day. So far, most of the filling process, from filling and closing the cartons to labeling, has been carried out by our employees.
Last year, a palletizing robot was integrated to relieve the employees.
Due to the promising growth, we decided to fully automate our semi-automatic filling system.
The entire filling process is now fully automated. This reduces physically demanding tasks.
First, a carton erector automatically unfolds the packaging. The filled bag is then inserted into the carton from above. It is then sealed with hot melted glue and the label is applied. Finally, the palletizing robot takes over the final stacking on the pallet.
We are sure that the new machines will make life easier for our employees.
