Meet the owners and top decision-makers of Germany's leading family business on November 14, 2025 at FIEGE Logistik Stiftung & Co. KG in Münster. Under the patronage of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy, pre-selected specialists and managers will meet the owners and top decision-makers of leading family businesses from all over Germany.
In a very personal setting, individual career paths can be developed in binding discussions with company representatives. In contrast to anonymous public companies, family businesses generally have flatter hierarchical structures, greater personal responsibility on the part of employees and a much stronger corporate social responsibility.
The target groups are graduates, young professionals and professionals of all disciplines, in particular engineers, computer scientists, natural scientists and economists (m/f/d).
