Bielefeld/Balve, 22th of April 2013***After the takeover of all German and international companies of the KRUSE Group by STOCKMEIER Holding on February 27, 2013, parts of it now are restructured to secure the future and to increase efficiency.
“The first weeks after the takeover were affected by dealing with the past and regaining the trust of customers and suppliers. Due to the very committed work of both, the KRUSE as well as the STOCKMEIER teams this tasks could be performed to great parts. Together we are now able to face future perspectives,” states Peter Stockmeier, head of the STOCKMEIER Group.
The business transformation of the KRUSE Group will entail the following changes:
The operating companies within the chemical trading business of the KRUSE Group will be integrated in the STOCKMEIER Chemie. The result is a powerful chemical trading organization with branches all over Germany operating under a single, consistent brand known as STOCKMEIER (www.stockmeier.de).
The KRUSE AdBlue activities up to now were conducted by the companies BlueSky Automotive GmbH and KRUSE GmbH & Co. KG. In the future those activities will be consolidated under the Kruse Automotive GmbH to enhance the leading position within this market segment.
The successful subsidiaries of the KRUSE Group will remain unchanged in their structure and entity.
One of those is the Bassermann minerals GmbH in Mannheim with its German and foreign sales offices. The wide variety of speciality chemicals of Bassermann ideally enlarges the existing portfolio of the corresponding STOCKMEIER sales department.
The other German subsidiary is the RCN Chemie GmbH located in Goch which is specialized in reconditioning and distillation of organic liquids. This company also is a perfect complement for the comprehensive solvent business of the STOCKMEIER Group.
With the Dutch company De Noord KRUSE is successful for many years - especially with regard to the inorganic chemicals in bulk. The same applies to the Belgian Contichim which maintains a high volume business via barges with North-America. Both entities will as well remain unchanged in their structure and management.
All STOCKMEIER entities are managed and controlled by the STOCKMEIER Holding using SAP. Therefore all newly integrated branches of the chemicals trading business will be migrated to SAP until end of 2013. The other entities of the KRUSE Group shall be migrated until end of 2014.
