As part of a joint project in the run-up to the event, the trainees from every training class had prepared an introductory presentation about the company. Following the presentation, the trainees took their relatives on a guided tour and showed them where they work every day. At the end of the tour, light refreshments and chilled soft drinks were provided – perfect for a warm summer’s day! The families were delighted with our Gablingen location and took the opportunity to talk more with the instructors. The Trainee Family Day was a veritable success and we will definitely be holding it again.
For STAUB & CO. – SILBERMANN, the dual training system acts as an important contribution to personal development. At the moment, we have nine trainees employed in four trainee professions at three of our locations.
